Agent and AI Training
To democratize AI training process, we've designed the Agent, a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution which is integral to the Camelot network.
A. Agent - PaaS Platform
The Agent is a powerful PaaS serving as the decentralized hub for AI training. It facilitates seamless interaction among users, partners, and a vast network of GPU computing providers. Through the Agent, mobile devices with AI application can deploy their AI training tasks, efficiently allocating these tasks to GPU computing providers across the network. The Agent is designated to be user-friendly and catered to users of varying technical proficiencies. It also offers application programming interfaces (APIs) for integration with other platforms and services, making it a versatile tool for AI training.
B. AI Model Training in the Network
AI model training in the Camelot network adopts a decentralized approach. Mobile devices with AI application can upload their AI models and training data to the Agent, which then assigns training tasks to network nodes. These nodes are equipped with powerful GPUs capable of performing extensive computation required for AI model training. Our network leverages the power of federated learning, a machine learning method that trains models on multiple devices with local data samples without exchanging data. This ensures data privacy while benefiting from diverse datasets for training.
C. Role of Mobile Devices with AI Application in AI Training
Mobile devices play a crucial role in the Camelot network as the providers of training AI models. They are responsible for uploading their AI models and corresponding training data to the Agent. These mobile devices can also specify certain parameters for training tasks, such as desired accuracy or the maximum allowed duration. Upon completion of training tasks, results are returned to the AI application on mobile devices through the Agent. Subsequently, AI application mobile devices reward $CLOT to users for the computational resources utilized in training tasks.
